Privacy Policy – Souqna

1. Introduction (Who we are)
Souqna (app package: com.souqnaapp) is a local marketplace app that helps users buy, sell, and communicate securely. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
سوقنا (حزمة التطبيق: com.souqnaapp) هو تطبيق سوق محلي يساعد المستخدمين على البيع والشراء والتواصل بشكل آمن. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمع المعلومات الشخصية واستخدامها وحمايتها.
2. Data We Collect

8. Importing Your Ads from Doushesh (optional)
If you choose to import your own ads from Doushesh, you prove the profile is yours by placing a one-time code in one of your Doushesh ads. We then read only the ads on that profile and import only those whose contact number matches the number shown in the ad that carries your code. To show that the import was requested by the account owner we store the time of your consent, your IP address and the request identifier; the code itself is stored only as a hash. Imported ads are reviewed by our team before they are published, images are downloaded only after approval, and the contact number shown in the ad is published with it. You can ask us to remove an imported ad at any time.
إذا اخترت استيراد إعلاناتك من دوشيش، فإنك تثبت أن الصفحة لك بوضع رمز لمرة واحدة في أحد إعلاناتك على دوشيش. نقرأ بعدها إعلانات تلك الصفحة فقط، ونستورد فقط الإعلانات التي يطابق رقم التواصل فيها الرقم الظاهر في الإعلان الذي يحمل الرمز. ولإثبات أن الاستيراد تم بطلب صاحب الحساب نحفظ وقت موافقتك وعنوان IP ومعرّف الطلب، ونحفظ الرمز نفسه مشفّراً فقط. يراجع فريقنا الإعلانات المستوردة قبل نشرها، وتُنزَّل الصور بعد الموافقة فقط، ويُنشر رقم التواصل الظاهر في الإعلان معه. يمكنك طلب حذف أي إعلان مستورد في أي وقت.
9. Seller Verification (Government ID)
If you choose to verify your seller account, we collect your full name, date of birth, address, ID type and number, photos of your government-issued ID (front and back), and a selfie. This is used only to confirm your identity and show a "verified seller" badge on your listings; it is never shown to other users or published anywhere. It is stored securely and accessed only by our verification team, and is deleted along with your account (see "Account & Data Deletion"). Verification is optional — you can use Souqna as a buyer or seller without submitting it.
إذا اخترت توثيق حسابك كبائع، فإننا نجمع اسمك الكامل وتاريخ ميلادك وعنوانك ونوع ورقم وثيقتك الرسمية وصور وثيقتك (الوجهين الأمامي والخلفي) وصورة شخصية. تُستخدم هذه البيانات فقط للتحقق من هويتك ولإظهار شارة "بائع موثّق" على إعلاناتك، ولا تُعرض أبداً لمستخدمين آخرين أو تُنشر في أي مكان. تُحفظ بشكل آمن ولا يطّلع عليها سوى فريق التوثيق لدينا، وتُحذف مع حسابك (راجع "حذف الحساب والبيانات"). التوثيق اختياري ولست بحاجة إليه لاستخدام سوقنا كمشترٍ أو بائع.
